SYNOPSIS

Dr.Dinan (Jayaram) and his wife Priya (Mamta Mohandas) lead a contented life with two kids. Dr.Dinan is a cardiac surgeon and has a successful medical practice running his own hospital together with his wife. Fate intervenes in the shape of an accidental meeting between the doctor and Sophy(Mythili) with whom he had fallen in love before his marriage. Suddenly the old passions which were lying dormant come flaring up and upset the apple cart. What happens to a doctor who repairs other’s hearts and finds himself helpless when it comes to matters of his own heart? Minds are upset, hearts are broken, and how it all ends up is the story of “Njanum Ente Familum’.

In spite of the uniformly good performance of the actors, the movie tends to surprise few, because of the commonness of the story and the failure to make the script more interesting and different.
