Kallan D'Souza Malayalam comedy movie directed by debut Jithu K Jayan with the script written by Sajeer Baba. Features Soubin Shahir as the lead character with Dileesh Pothan, Surabhi Lakshmi, and Hareesh Kanaran. The movie Kallan D'Souza is produced by Ramshi Ahamed under the banner of Ramshi Ahamed Production in association with Sandra Thomas and Thomas Joseph Pattathanam of Ruby Films. The movie also stars Vijayaraghavan, Sreejith Ravi, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Dr. Rony David, Prem Kumar, Ramesh Varma, Vinod Kovoor, Krishna Kumar, and Aparna Nair. And the executive producer of the movie is Jayant Mammen.

The movie is now being screened in theaters. The movie tries to tell the story of a good thief. But within hours of the film's release, Surabhi Lakshmi, the heroine of the movie, came live to see the audience.

When the name 'Kallan D'Souza' was heard, Soubin's character in Charlie, Martin Prakat's movie, the character of a thief, was expected by some audiences to watch in the movie. But that's not a thief in front of the audience in this movie. In addition to being a full-length comedy movie, 'Thief D'Souza' is also the story of the relationship between an ordinary woman and a thief. In this film, the director portrays the strong return of a woman who is misunderstood as weak in the family and society. Initially, the name of the movie was planned as 'Arakkallan Mukka Kallan' but due to some technical issues it was finally changed to 'Kallan D'Souza'. If the movie had such a name, there would have been no negative comments coming now. 'Kallan D'Souza' is one of the best family stories of a thief that family audiences are likely to embrace. 'Kallan D'Souza', which came without the claim that it was a big movie or action or suspense that kept the audience on their toes, is a prank on female empowerment. Surabhi said in the Live that in this situation too, it is unfortunate that such negative comments are being spread.

The songs for the movie were composed by Leo Tom and Prashanth Karma with lyrics by BK Harinarayanan and Binu Munero. The first lyrical song "Thanichakumee" of the movie was released on 7^th January 2022. The song was released in the beautiful voice of Shahbaz Aman and the song is composed by Prashanth Karma with the lyrics by Hari Narayanan the video of the song was released on 6^th February 2022. The first video song "Kithabaa" is released on 18^th January 2022. Singer James Thakara's unique singing style is making waves on social media. The song is composed by Leo Tom with lyrics by BK Harinarayanan. And the dance of the movie Kallan D'Souza is choreographed by Kumar Shanthi and Manoj Fidac.

Kallan D'Souza movie was released in cinemas by World Wide Films on February 11^th of 2022. The movie was planned to release on January 21^st of 2022 and the release has been extended in the wake of the Covid expansion five districts were included in the C category and need to tighten government restrictions. The safety of the audience is important in the movie at this time when the Covid wave is raging again. If the restrictions come again, it will hamper the delivery of the movie to everyone.
