Shalamon Malayalam comedy entertainer movie directed by newcomer Jitin Padmanabhan. Featuring Vishnu Unnikrishnan with Dileesh Pothen, Sudhi Koppa, Kichhu Tellus, Sampath Raj, Adil Ibrahim, Soumya Menon, Anjali Nair, Pauly Watson, Vineeth Vishwam, and Altaf in the lead roles. The movie Shalamon is produced by Noble Jose under the banner of Peppercorn Studios.

The film tells the story of a family of 4 brothers who are confined to church and local affairs, thinking that there is no world beyond Chellanam. The film humorously depicts one of the brothers' pursuits of the pleasures of life beyond his travels and the subsequent changes in their lives.

The filming has started in Kodungallur Poyya in the Thrissur district. Famous mentalist Adi switched on and the hero Vishnu Unnikrishnan hit the first clap on 15^th April 2021. This is Vishnu's second film with Peppercorn Studios, following Krishnankutty Pani Thudangi. The first look poster of the movie Shalamon was released on 3^rd January 2022.
