Geethuruthu is an island surrounded by the backwaters of Kerala and the people of the area find more time for their artistic activities where the temple festival, church festival, boat game, club anniversary. It is the time when the natives get together. There are four young people out there with the locals and anything but their story is told by the movie. The Blasters tells the story of the problems they face, their love affair, and the problems they face during the night when they play cricket football shuttle near the ladies hostel.
