The musical romantic film is rich in romantic songs. The story and dialogues are by the director Mohan Sithara himself. His son Vishnu Mohan Sithara composes the music and background music for the film.
The pooja for the movie 'I'm Sorry' was held on 19th August 2021 at Chethana Studio, Thrissur. Following the pooja, one song recording by singer Mridula Warrier was done. Other singers are Sunil Sithara, Sally, Avani Ratheesh, and Aditya Vinod.
The title poster was unveiled on 17th October 2021.
