Cards Malayalam Movie is written and directed by Vimal Raj. Features Rajesh Sharma as the central character along with a group of theater artists. The well-known theater personalities are Shylaja P Ambu, Devaki Bhaagi, Rajesh Sharma, Shaji Oorali, Sudhi Panoor, Nidhi Kumbalathuparambil, Ranji Kankol, Mosappan, TC Rajesh Sindhu, Mohan Krishnan, Thankam Mohan. The movie is produced by Sony Mankidy under the banner of Sony Mankidy Films. Ashrith Santhosh performs the cinematography, edited by Sooraj Ayyappan, and the background music by Sreehari K Nair.

The first look poster of the movie was unveiled by the leading stars of Malayalam through their Facebook page on 30^th October 2021.
