Synopsis

The title character Sreekuttan has a lack of height, and he is mockingly called Kochaal, as the result, he was unable to pass police selection. However, his father, a police officer, died in the line of duty, allowing Sreekuttan to join the department. The movie focuses on one particular scene in which he demonstrates his worth to the department.
