Marathakam Malayalam movie story and directed by debut Ansaj Gopi. Features Bibin George, Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Kalabhavan Shajon, Sanusha, and Jagadeesh as the lead characters. The movie is produced by Anto Joseph and CR Saleem under the banners of Anto Joseph Film Company in association with Altari Movies. The screenplay of the movie is written by the director Ansaj jointly with Dhipu N Baabu. Meenakshi Anoop, Aneesh Gopal, and Navajith Narayanan are also in the movie.

The title poster of the movie was unveiled by Megastar Mammootty and the pooja and the switch-on ceremony of the movie took place on 6^th November 2021. The movie is shot in Kumily Village in the Idukki district and Kochi.
