Kooman: The Night Rider is a Malayalam thriller movie directed by Jeethu Joseph who prepares many hit movies for Malayalam cinema. Features young actor Asif Ali as the lead character with Anoop Menon, Baburaj, Renji Panicker, Meghanathan, Hannah Reji Koshy, Baiju Santosh, Jan.E.Man fame Prashanth Murali, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Rajesh Paravoor, Parasparam Pradeep, Nandhu, Pauly Valsan, Jaffer Idukki, Karate Karthi, George Maryan, Ramesh Thilak, Jayan Cherthala, Deepak Parambol, Riyas Narmakala, James Eliya, Vinod Bose, Unni Chittoor, Sundar, Femina Mary, Kuriakos and Meenakshi Mahesh also play important roles. The movie Kooman is produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames in association with Ananya Films of Allwyn Antony. And the screenplay is written by KR Krishna Kumar. Manu Padmanabhan, Angelina Antony, and Jayachandran Kalladathu are the executive producers. The chief associate director of the film Kooman is Arfaz Ayub and the associate directors are Sony G Solomon and Sa Baskaran.

The movie started with a simple ceremony on 24^th February 2022 at the Pothundy Shiva Temple in Palakkad.
