Mindiyum Paranjum, a Malayalam movie directed by Arun Bose, after Tovino Thomas' Luca, and the Tamil feature film "Alaiyin Thisai". Synopsis

The film tells the tale of a typical day in the lives of Sanal and his spouse, Leena. After arriving in Kochi from Dubai, Sanal is heading to the Idukki town of Puttadi to see Leena after nearly two years apart. Two districts in Kerala, Ernakulam and Idukki, are under red alert due to the heavy rains. Although Leena is thrilled about Sanal's presence, she is worried about his using ghat roads during this time of year. ~~(ads)~~ What had previously occurred in their lives? Specifically, why is Sanal in town? The film looks for answers to these questions, including if they will ultimately get to meet.
