10^th South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) in Bengaluru in September

South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA), one of the most prestigious awards in India, will be held in Bengaluru in September 2022. This year's awards will be given to the best performers in the technical fields of the South film industry at this function.

The biggest highlight of this year is the 10^th anniversary of the SIIMA Awards. SIIMA 2022 Awards is being hosted this year by Bengaluru, known as the Silicon Valley of India. It will be held on September 10^th and 11^th. The fact that it is the first multilingual awards ceremony to be held in the city of Bengaluru makes it even more attractive. The 9^th SIIMA Awards were held at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC), Hyderabad.

The SIIMA Awards were launched in 2012 by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Brenda Prasad Adusimili. The very concept of SIIMA is to felicitate filmmakers from the South Indian film industry, namely Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, and provide a platform to promote South Indian films in the international market.
