Union Minister Dr. L Murugan tweeted. On the day of celebrating tribals who live in harmony with nature, I received the love gift of Attapadi given by Malayalam film director Mr. Vijeesh Mani for the tribal artists of the Attapadi region in Kerala.

Director Vijeesh Mani, who has made films in Attappadi's tribal languages (Irula, Kurumba, Muduka), presented the work of tribal artists of the Vatlaki Cooperative Farming Society in Delhi on World Adivasi Day. Vijeesh Mani is also the festival director of the world's first tribal language film festival to be held in Attapadi in September.
