After Pokkiri Raja, Malayalam hit makers Vysakh and Prithviraj announced the new film together on 16^th October 2022. The first look poster of the film titled Khalifa has been released, and the makers have unveiled the tagline "Vengeance will be written in Gold". The film Khalifa will be made on a big-budget canvas with Dubai as the backdrop.

The music for the film Khalifa is composed by Jakes Bejoy.

The first installment of Prithviraj - Vysakh team's Khalifa movie will release in theaters from 2026 Onam.
