Malayalam superstar Dulquer Salmaan has donated lakhs of rupees to children who are suffering from serious illnesses and are suffering from surgery. Dulquer Salmaan's help is for families of children suffering from serious diseases including kidney, liver, and heart who are facing surgery. Under the leadership of the Dulquer Salmaan family, Aster Medicity, Kites Foundation, and Wayfarer Films joined hands to start the project 'Wayfarer's Tree of Life'. Bibin, representative of Wayfarer Films, Sarath Kumar TS, Media Relations Deputy Manager of Aster Medicity, Medical Services Deputy Chief Dr. Rohit PV Nair along with Kites Foundation representatives Ajmal and Clare launched the logo.

One hundred children from economically backward families will get help through the scheme. Each surgery costs 20 lakhs or more. This amount is beyond the reach of financially struggling families.
