Kathivanoor Veeran Malayalam movie is directed and produced by the famous director Gireesh Kunnummal. Features the leading stars of South India in the cast list. The screenplay and dialogues for the film Kathivanoor Veeran are written by T Pavithran and Rajmohan Nileshwaram. Famous Malayalam cinematographer Shaji Kumar is handling the camera for the film.

Kathivanoor Veeran, another Pan-Indian big-budget film based on history is being prepared in Mollywood. The film "Kathivanoor Veeran" takes the heritage art of North Malabar, Theyyam Kolam, to an indescribable level with state-of-the-art audio-visual excellence. The film's director Gireesh Kunnummal said that "Kathivanoor Veeran" will be a pan-India film with an expected cost of around forty crores.
