9-year-old Madhav Murali's 'Madhava Geetham' was watched by lakhs of people in 4 days
Madhav sang and acted in the song that starts with "Yamunatheerathe Ambadikannane Kanuvaan...". The song has been composed by Khalid, who is also a prominent singer. This is Jayasree and Khalid's eighth album together orchestrated by Babu Jose. The song was recorded at Thiruvananthapuram Bensun Creations Studio. Produced under the banner of Tunes of Yaad, the album was directed by Aji Muscat.
Madhav Murali is a 4th standard student of Abu Dhabi GEMS Winchester School. Jayasree wanted his grandson to sing the song. The song was sung when Madhav and his family came to Thiruvananthapuram for a vacation in August. Even though he was singing for the first time, he was able to make the singing very melodious. When the song was released on social media, there was an outpouring of appreciation for Madhav. Acting with a beautiful smile, he stole the hearts of the viewers.
As well as studies, Madhav loves acting, singing, and swimming. He also has his own YouTube channel 'Madspace'. Madhav can also tell the capitals, languages, and currencies of different countries without seeing them. Madhav's father is an engineer in Abu Dhabi and his mother is an officer in an insurance company. Sister Kalyani, a third-year BRC student at Thrissur Engineering College, is a singer, dancer, and painter.
Jayasree Gopalakrishnan has an artistic family. Her husband Gopalakrishnan Nair, who was an engineer abroad, is now doing business in the country. Their youngest son, Dr. Vishnu Gopal, was the artist of the year three times in a row at the Kerala University Arts Festival. Vishnu's wife Shilpa Bala is a dancer, vlogger, and TV and stage show host.
Along with continuing singing, the family has decided to cast Madhav in films if good opportunities arise.
