Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'Kaavalan' is getting ready for re-release

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's silver jubilee movie Kaavalan is all set for re-release. The film is slated to hit theaters on February 10^th of 2023 and is being released in more than 100 centers. The movie was initially released on January 15^th of 2011. The Tamil film Kaavalan directed by Siddique is hitting the theaters again after 11 years. Asin and Mithra Kurian are the heroines of the film.

'Kaavalan' is the Tamil remake of the Malayalam film 'Bodyguard' written and directed by Siddique. Dileep and Nayanthara's 'Bodyguard' was well received by the audience. Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor play the lead roles in the Hindi remake of the film. In Malayalam 'Bodyguard' is produced by Johny Sagariga and the Tamil version 'Kaavalan' by C Ramesh Babu. The film will be screened in Kochi and Malabar areas through 'Sanha Arts Release' and 'SMK Release' in Thiruvananthapuram. The pro for the film Kaavalan in the Kerala region is P Sivaprasad.
