Vismaya of Uriyadi 2 fame, produced by Surya in Tamil, becomes the heroine in Malayalam through this film. Murali Gopy, Srikant Murali, and Meera Vasudevan are the other main stars. The movie ICU is produced by Jain Paul under the banner of Mini Studios. The film ICU is written by Santhosh Kumar.
