Mohanlal was acting in a Telugu film called Vrushabha in Mysore at this time. Mohanlal has now reached Thiruvananthapuram after completing a schedule of the film Vrushabha and attending some inauguration ceremonies in Chennai and Kochi. Synopsis
The plot of the film centers on the rape case of Sara, a blind sculptor, who was raped by an unknown man. Although the police were able to identify the perpetrator and Sara was able to identify him by touching his face, they struggled to prove their case in court because Sara was the only eyewitness. The film follows the efforts of special public prosecutor Vijayamohan, who has not taken up any cases in a while, to bring Sara's case to justice.
