Burning Ghost is a Malayalam movie written and directed by AKB Kumar. Features Boban Alumoodan, Rafeeq Chokli, and Vaigha Rose in The Burning Ghost as the lead characters. The movie The Burning Ghost is produced by Jose Devasia and Sebi Njarakkal under the banner of SJ Productions. Director AKB Kumar has come up with a different kind of ghost story. The shooting of the film titled The Burning Ghost is progressing in Perumbavoor and Munnar.

The movie tells the story of the startling sequence of incidents that occur in Munnar's well-known Tharakan Bungalow. Famous director John Samuel [Boban Alumoodan] arrives at Tharakan Bungalow to draft the script for his upcoming movie. Even though John Samuel doesn't think ghosts exist, he later has new encounters. Another more exciting tale than the one he first began to pen! The tale concerned Tharakan, the proprietor of Tharakan Bungalow. Tharakan is portrayed by Rafeeq Chokli, and Lakshmi, Tarakan's wife, is portrayed by Vaigha Rose. The Burning Ghost's atmosphere is enhanced by many narratives and presentations.
