Synopsis

After serving for a year and a half, SI Karthik Vasudevan, who has experienced five transfers, is assigned to a Kannur police station. Karthik and CI Jayashankar are at odds because of his loud and hierarchical attitude. A murder occurs in the CI residence during the height of their cold war, and, to cut a long tale short, the political elites designate Karthik to track out the murderer. The movie 'Thalavan' follows Karthik's search for the murderer and Jayashankar's attempts to establish his innocence.
