Off Road is a Malayalam movie written and directed by debutant Shaji Stephan. The film features Appani Sarath, Josekutty Jacob, Rohit Menon, Nilja K Baby, and Hima Shankari as the lead characters. Along with young actors Harikrishnan, Sanju Madhu, Arun Punalur, Unni Raja, Raj Joseph, and Tom Skot, the film also stars Lal Jose, Ajit Kosi, Niyas Backer, Ganesh Rangan, Ala S Nayana, and other newcomers. The movie Off Road is produced by Bensraj under the banner of Reels and Frames along with Karimpumkalayil Thomas, Siju Padmanabhan, and Maya MT as the co-producers.

The cinematography is handled by P Karthick. The executive producers are Dr. Shibi P Varghese, Sajay Edamattam, and Benny Edamana. The production designer of the film is Tom Skot and the co-director is Azad Alavil.

An unfortunate event that devastated one of the group members' lives. A group of buddies decided to investigate the matter further. The movie "Off Road" shows the truths that are revealed to us through them. The first look poster of 'Off Road' has been released on 1 March 2024.

The music for the film 'Off-Road' is composed by Subhash Mohanraj with the lyrics penned by Shaji Stephan, Karimpumkalayil Thomas, Siju Kandathil, and Benny Joseph Edamana. The singers are Biju Narayanan, Jassie Gift, Najim Arshad, Appani Sarath and Kalesh Karunakaran. The official lyrical video song of the film Off-Road has been released on 30 November 2024. The lyrical video song "Idayan Varum...", sung by Biju Narayanan with lyrics penned by Shaji Stephan and music composed by Subhash Mohanraj has been released. The dances are choreographed by Jobin Master (Jobin George).

Synopsis

Fr. Jomon, a recently ordained priest, takes up his position as parish priest at Rajamala Church. While serving there five months later, he was the target of significant accusations pertaining to women's issues. Eventually, the whole community began to blame him. It was painful not only for him but for his entire family.
