G.D.N movie based on the life of a scientist, GD Naidu, is written and directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar. The film GDN features R Madhavan as the lead alongside Priyamani, Jayaram, and Yogi Babu. Varghese Moolan, Vijay Moolan, R Madhavan, and Sarita Birje Madhavan are producing the movie, with Sonal Pande and Sanjay Bector serving as co-producers. (ads)

Playing the part of GD Naidu in the biography of Gopalswamy Doraiswamy Naidu, dubbed the 'Edison of India', R Madhavan is poised to leave a lasting impression. The film is titled G.D.N., which was written and directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar and has Madhavan in the major role. The title poster for the Varghese Moolan Pictures, Tricolour Films, and MediaMax Entertainment-produced movie Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, which won the National Award for Best Feature Film of 2022, was unveiled. On social media, Madhavan himself posted the movie's poster. With the sincere caption, "Need all your blessings and good wishes," he further conveyed his enthusiasm.

The Indian schedule of the biopic has officially begun. Coimbatore, the birthplace of renowned scientist and national hero G. D. Naidu—dubbed the "Edison of India" and the "Economic Creator of Coimbatore"—is where the movie's Indian schedule is being filmed.

Regarding the movie, the producers stated, "The crew and the director have spent more than three to five years studying the life of scientist G.D. Naidu. Our team took this action in an effort to honor his achievements in society and science, according to the producers.

The music for the film 'G.D.N' is composed by Govind Vasantha.

In addition to being filmed in Tamil, the movie will also be released in Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu throughout India. More information on the movie will be made public soon.
