SYNOPSIS
Bhargavan Pillai (innocent) is honest and down to earth doctor. He believes in serving with integrity and that’s why he charges twenty rupees for any sort of illness along with helping the people at an orphanage. However, his wife Subbelakshmy (Sona Nair) is influenced by those around her and dreams of having a lavish life with luxuries. She pushes her husband to earn money. The story takes a turn when Subbelakshmy makes Bhargav contest in elections. He loses the election and also the publicity money of two lakh rupees. How his simple life brings problems in his family.
