Kuruthola Perunnal Malayalam movie directed by debut DK Dileep. Features Sreenivasan and Hareesh Kanaran in the lead roles and a number of newcomers. Produced by Cigi Vasu Mannanam under the banner of Milagros Entertainments in association with Madappura Movies.
DK Dileep has written scripts for popular comedy shows and stage shows, including superstars, and has done well in mimicry. The film tells a love story set against the backdrop of the Malabar migration.
The pooja function was held at the Amma office in Kochi on 22nd March 2021. Famous actor Srinivasan inaugurated the function by lighting the first Bhadradeepam. The shooting of the film starts in the last week of April in and around Peruvannamuzhi in the Kozhikode district.
