A man who lives in gangster life is known as Chandran. At a turning point in life, Chandran becomes the owner of a lodge. The film shows the impact of two female characters on the life of Chandran, who was dependent only on Chandra Vilasam Lodge following the tragedies of his corrupt life. Chandrika Vilasam 102 depicts the bitter life experiences of a person as well as the beautiful realities of life that come as a ray of hope.
