Gireesh Kadakkavoor, Latha Das, Sarath Sreehari, Sajith Somarajan, Maneesh Mohanan, Renjith Gopal, Ajay, Midhun Pulari, Ben Sebastian, Harisree Santhosh, and Divya are the other cast members. The shooting started in November 2021. Filming is in progress in Thiruvananthapuram and Bonacaud in the Agasthya hills.

The music for the film Ninam is composed by Sudhendhu Raj for the lyrics of Sumesh Muttara and sung by Zia Ul Haq, Farhan, and MR Bhairavi. The song "Nattu Nellikka" from the movie has been released on 21^st January 2022. Sumesh Muttara penned the lyrics and Sudhendhu Raj composed the music for the song which has already taken over social media. The song is sung by Farhan and MR Bhairavi.
