Partners Malayalam crime thriller movie scripted and directed by debutant Naveen John, who has written the screenplays for the Mammootty-Vaishakh team's New York and Ira. The film Partners features Dhyan Sreenivasan and Kalabhavan Shajon as the lead characters. Satna Titus, who made her debut in the Tamil movie Pichaikkaaran is the heroine of the film. The movie Partners is produced by Dinesh Kollappally under the banner of Kollappally Films. Apart from them Sanju Sivram, Aneesh Gopal, Dinesh Kollappally, Hareesh Peradi, Srikant Murali, Rajesh Sharma, Dr. Rony, Neeraja S Kurup, Devaki Rajendran, Vaishnavi and Telugu star Madhusoodana Rao are also in the lead roles. The screenplay for the thriller film Partners was written by Hariprasad, Prashant KV, and director Naveen John.

The chief associate director of the film is Arunlal Karunakaran and the associate director is Manoj Panthayil. The co-producer of the movie is Anson George and the project designer is Badusha.

'Partners' which is helmed by rookie Naveen John, has Dhyan Sreenivasan and Kalabhavan Shajon in the principal parts. The official teaser of the film was released by Manorama Music on 14 June 2024. The movie's poster announcing its release date has been made public. The film's creators claim that the story is based on an actual event that happened in the Karnataka border town of Kasaragod in 1989.

The shooting of the movie started in Kasaragod with pooja and switch-on on 10^th December 2021. Director Naveen John said that the movie's presentation was inspired by an incident that took place in Kasaragod. The main location of the movie is Adoor Pandi, a hilly area about 40 km from Kasaragod a village, all the necessary institutions are set up by art director Suresh Kollam. Small shops, financial institutions, and offices are important in this group.

The music for the film 'Partners' is composed by Prakash Alex, and the lyrics are by Hari Narayanan. On 19 June 2024 the release of 'A Tribute Song for the Diversities of Kasaragod' "Kumbhappuzha" was written by BK Harinarayanan, composed by Prakash Alex, and sung by Jassie Gift.

Partners movie released in theaters by Sree Priya Combines on July 5, 2024. The movie was planned to be released on 28 June 2024 and was postponed to a new date. The Malayalam film Partners is streaming on Saina Play from 31 January 2025.

Synopsis

The story takes place in 2005 when Uduppi Gramin Bank employed a group of young individuals who just wanted to make it through life to staff their future branch in the Kasaragode village of Bedakam. Vishnu, one of the group of workers hired by the bank executives, quickly discovers that there is a problem with the way this bank is operating. In the film, we follow Vishnu's quest to learn the truth about the bank and Parthasarathy, an income tax investigator, conducting a parallel inquiry.
