Director Shamal Sulaiman's teaser for Jackson Bazaar Youth is out on 17^th May 2023. The tagline for the teaser, "Virattiyodikkan Nikkanda Saare... Synopsis

The protagonists of this film are Jackson Velayyan and the band he plays in Jackson Bazaar Youth. Long-time military veteran Velayyan loves his band and acts as something of a protector for many of the families in Jackson Bazaar. The police's decision to detain Velayyan while he was organizing a protest against the government's impending land acquisition for national highway widening caused complications for the residents of Jackson Bazaar. What we observe in the Jackson Bazaar Youth are the effects of that resistance.
