Pushpa: The Rise - Part 1 movie was released by E4 Entertainment Release on 17th December 2021, in Telugu along with dubbed versions in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada languages. The digital premiere is on January 7th, 2022 on Prime Video as an exclusive streaming party for the audience this New Year. The film received rave reviews from film fans and industry alike and was a house full on its first day of release across the country. Fans of Allu Arjun and Fahad Fazil were crowded in the cinema houses.

Synopsis
The movie takes into Andhra Pradesh, the dense, wild remnants of the headwaters take viewers into the jungle. Here, the character played by Allu Arjun as lorry driver Pushpa Raj is involved in smuggling red sandalwood. As the police crackdown on the smuggling empire that pervades these parts, the film shows the fight between good and evil. The fast, powerful and thought-provoking narrative puts viewers on the edge of their seats, where there is no right or wrong, no bad men - just different heroes in gray.
