I am a Father is a Malayalam movie by Raju Chandra, who is the writer, director, and cinematographer of the film. The movie I am a Father features Samy appearing in movies like Aadu 2 and Operation Java, Anupama the mother of Nimisha Sajayan in the movie The Great Indian Kitchen, Maheen, who played the lead role in Tamil director Samy's 'Akka Kuruvi', and newcomer Akshara Raj as the lead characters. V Madhusoodanan is best known for his role in Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, producing the movie I am a Father under the banner of Vayakodan Movie Studio in association with Plan 3 Studios and the director Raju Chandra is the co-producer. Also starring Insha, Ashwanth, Roji Mathew, Suresh Mohan, Vishnu Veerabhadram, and Ranjan Dev. Binu Balan is the associate director of the movie I am a Father.
