On 5 July marks the start of the second schedule shoot for Santhosh Trophy, which is being prepared in the Listin Stephen-Vipin Das cooperation with a focus on new faces. For the first time in movie history, there will be so many new actors. Additionally, this is Vipin Das's debut movie with Listin Stephen.

The pooja ceremony of the Santhosh Trophy was at Thalayolaparambu, Vackayil Sree Dharmasastha Temple on 29 September 2025.

The movie titled Santhosh Trophy was announced on Prithvi's birthday, 16 October 2024. Director cum writer Vipin Das and Prithviraj Sukumaran are teaming up for the 'Santhosh Trophy' to meet Santhosh as he chases his dream trophy after the super hit Guruvayoor Ambalanayil.

The music of the film 'Santhosh Trophy' is composed by Ankit Menon.

The film Santhosh Trophy is distributed by Magic Frames Release. The Vaikom and Thalayolaparamba regions are the sites of the shooting.
