The movie Anakku Enthinte Kedaa is produced by Francis Kaitharath under the banner of BMC Film Production. The chief associate director of the film Anakku Enthinte Kedaa is Navas Attingal. Famous director Lenin Rajendran's son Gautham Lenin handles the cinematography.

Bahrain Mediacity Film Production's first venture 'Anakku Enthinte Kedaa' had its title launch in Bahrain. Actor Sivaji Guruvayoor, Bahrain Media City Chairman and Executive Producer of the movie Francis Kaitharath, Screenwriter and Director of the movie Shameer Bharathannoor, BMC Film Society Project Director Prakash Vadakara, Jayamenon, Shravana Mahotsava Committee Chairman Dr. PV Cherian and Film Society Coordinator Anwar Nilambur attended the title announcement ceremony. The title of the film Anakku Enthinte Kedaa is designed by Jayan Vismaya. KIMS Health Hospital Bahrain CEO Tariq Najeeb and Indian Club President KM Cherian wished.

The feature cinema 'Anakku Enthinte Kedaa' began shooting with a theme that has never been told in Malayalam cinema on 18^th November 202 at Pazhoor, in Kozhikode. The shooting of the movie "Annakku Enthinte Kedaa" has been completed in Kozhikode. This is the first film to be completely shot in real atmosphere without even an inch of set. It has more than fifty locations.

The music for the film 'Anakku Enthinte Kedaa' is composed by Pandit Ramesh Narayan a prominent music director and Hindustani musician Nafla Sajid - Yasir Ashraf with the lyrics of Vinod Vaisakhi, AK Nizam, and Shameer Bharathannoor. And the dance choreography is done by Ayyappadas. Vineeth Sreenivasan sings for the first time in the music direction of Ramesh Narayan. Vineeth sings the main song "Nokki Nokki Nilkke Nenjiliekk Vannu" of the movie 'Annakku Enthinte Kedaa'. The recording of the song took place at Freddie Studio in Ernakulam. Pandit Ramesh Narayan and Vineeth Srinivasan, who are natives of Kuthuparamba, are Guru and Shishyan. Ramesh Narayan had recently said that there was an attempt to sing Vineeth in Adaminte Makan Abu, but due to unforeseen reasons, it did not happen. Vineeth Sreenivasan said that he was happy to sing under Ramesh Narayan in the film, he was able to sing a beautiful and simple song and he hopes that Kerala will accept it.
