Vayassethrayayi Muppathi is a Malayalam movie directed by Pappan T Nambiar (Pappan Narippatta) after Kottappurathe Koottukudumbam, Malabaril Ninnoru Manimaaran, Jwalanam, Karinkannan. The film Vayassethrayaayi Muppathi has the distinction of being Prashanth Murali, a well-known filmmaker who has made popular films such as King of Kotha, Jan. E. Man, Ajagajantharam, and Jallikattu as the lead character. The film's other main cast members are Mareena Michael Kurisingal, Manju Pathrose, Jayakumar, Savithri Sreedharan, Aristo Suresh, Remya Suresh, Chithra Nair, Unni Raja, Pradeep Balan, Nirmal Palazhi, Kunhikannan Cheruvathur, Muhammad Eravattur, and others. The movie is produced by Ajayan E under the banner of First Love Entertainments. The screenplay and dialogues for the film Vayassethrayaayi Muppathi are written by Faizal Abdulla and Shiju UC from the story of Shiju UC.

The cinematography of the film captioned 'Made in Vatakara' is set in the rural environment of North Malabar and has been handled by Shameer Gibran, known for his films like Peace, Abhyuham, and Price of Police.

Director Pappan Narippatta says that a very interesting presentation and the concept has been adopted for the film Vayassu Ethrayaayi Muppathi. The film is presented by cursing those who got married very lavishly and divorced and praying for those who did not get a girl after the age of forty. The presentation of the movie goes through the backdrop of Malabar and is full of humorous moments.

The film Vayassu Ethrayaayi Muppathi, which deals with the novel theme of marriage, will begin shooting in mid-January 2023. The shooting of the film will be completed in Mysore, Vadakara, Mahe, and Thalassery.

The tracks, which were arranged by Sanfeer and Sibu Sukumaran, from the lyrics of Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri and Sanfeer will be available on January 1. The dance choreographers are Dasther Master and Ayyappadas.

Vayassethrayaayi Muppathi movie released in theatres by No Limit Films on March 28, 2024.
