Alinta is a Malayalam movie directed by prominent ad director Ratheesh Kalyaan. Newcomer Aishwarya Anila plays the titular character of the film Alinta accompanied in the key roles by Shweta Menon, Eldho Raju, Jayakrishnan N, Shivaji Guruvayoor, and Vijayakrishnan. The movie Alinta is produced by Arundev Malappuram under the banner of Jaak International Movies. The screenplay and dialogues for Jithu Jayapal's narrative are written by Ratheesh Kalyaan and Jithu Jayapal.

The movie Alinta's line producer is Jamsheer and Arun Dev Malappuram is the project designer. The Chief Associate Director is Khadher Moidu and Sheena Vargheese is the Associate Director, Jamsheer is the line producer of the film.

The movie chronicles the struggle of a young woman against injustice. Aishwarya Anila, a newcomer, portrays the movie's lead role. The film will begin filming in Idukki and the surrounding areas in the first week of July 2023.

Arundev Malappuram and Ratheesh Kalyaan's next movie, "Alinta," had its title-look poster unveiled under the auspices of Jaak International Movies. Several well-known Malayalam actors and performers posted the title on 22^nd April 2023 through social media.

Sreejith Ram composed the lyrics, which were written by Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri and Girish Ambra. The music recordings for Alinta took place in Ernakulam. The protest song "Streepakshaganam," written by poet, folklorist, and activist Girish Ambra and performed by renowned singer Resmi Sateesh, was created by teenage musician Sreejith Ram. The song exposes the problems and resistance struggles that women and children confront in modern settings. Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri also wrote the lyrics for other songs in the movie.
