The untitled Malayalam movie is directed by Nishad Koya, who entered the Malayalam film world after writing the script for the super hit film Ordinary. The film's star cast, which will include youthful talent and other well-known performers, is now being assembled. NM Badusha and Shinoy Mathew are the production partners of the film. The film's story, screenplay, and dialogues are also written by director Nishad Koya himself.

A full-length romantic movie marks Nishad Koya's directing debut. Director Nishad wrote screenplays for hit films like Madhura Naranga, Shikkari Shambhu, Polytechnic, Thoppil Joppan, and Pakalum Paathiravum.

The film will begin production in August 2023.

Gopi Sundar, who gave hit songs to Mollywood, is composing the music for the film.

The crew informed us that Chingam 1 would mark the beginning of filming and that additional information would be released in the following days.
