Thiruvananthapuram: Singer Pachalloor Shahul Hameed who completed 60 years of Sangeetha Saparya was honored by Wake Up Cultural Forum on World Music Day. College Principal Prof. VR Veena presented the award at a function held at Thiruvananthapuram Swathi Thirunal College of Music.

Forum President Gopan Sasthamangalam presided over the section and the Principal was gifted by the President. The book Indraneelam written by Ramesh Biju Chacka was also handed over. Forum Secretary Ramesh Biju Chacka, Joint Secretary Rahim Panavoor, Treasurer Mahesh Sivanandan Venpalavattom, Sound Engineer Tennyson, Perukavu PL Sudheer, MS Kabir, NP Manjit, SP Pradeep, NR Harishbabu, Leena Manoj, Salil S Nair, and others spoke.
