The series is produced by Mukesh R Mehta and CV Sarathi under the banner of E4 Entertainment. The screenplay for the series is written by Deepu Pradeep.
Perilloor Premier League, Hotstar Specials series will be streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar from January 5, 2024.

Synopsis
Malavika, who travels to Perilloor hamlet in search of love with her boyfriend Sreekuttan, finds herself unintentionally elected to the position of panchayat president. Later on, the issues caused by the rebellious residents of Perilloor Panchayath upended her life as well.
