Nadikar is a Malayalam movie directed by Jean Paul Lal (Lal Jr). The film features Tovino Thomas in and as the titular character Nadikar with Soubin Shahir and Bhavana playing the heroine. The movie Nadikar was produced by Allan Antony and Anoop Venugopal under the banner of Godspeed in association with the Mythri Movie Makers of Y Naveen and Y Ravi Shankar who have produced many popular films including Pushpa. The screenplay for the film is written by Suvin S Somashekharan.

We don't want to sever the strong ties that bind the Malayalam and Tamil cinema industries together. Therefore, we request you not to allow them to use the name Nadikar Thilakam", in the letter, they stated as much.

The shooting of Nadikar Thilakam, directed by Lal Jr. with Tovino Thomas in the lead role, will be started on 11^th July 2023 and will be completed in Hyderabad, Munnar, Kovalam, and Dubai.
