Lubber Pandhu is a sports drama movie directed by Tamizharasan Pachamuthu who is the writer of ‘Kanaa’ and ‘Nenjuku Nidhi’ and co-director of ‘FIR’. The film Lubber Pandhu features Harish Kalyan and Attakathi Dinesh as the lead along with Swaswika and Vadhandhi web series fame Sanjana Krishnamoorthy, Kaali Venkat, Bala Saravanan, Geetha Kailasham, Deva Dharshini, Jenson Divakar, and TSK. The movie Lubber Pandhu is produced by S Lakshman Kumar under the banner of Prince Pictures.

‘Love Today’ fame Dinesh Purushothaman is handling cinematography and ‘Run Baby Run’ fame G Madhan will take care of editing. The associate directors are Vijay Prabhakaran Chella and Mamtha MK.

The music for the film 'Lubber Pandhu' is composed by Sean Rolden and the lyrics are by Mohan Rajan.

Synopsis

The primary characters, Anbu and Gethu, are both cricket players. Gethu's wife disapproves of him playing cricket, and he consistently attends games without telling her. On the field, Anbu and Gethu have a difficult equation, but Anbu is in love with Gethu's daughter. Lubber Pandhu illustrates how the relationship between Gethu and Anbu leads to problems in the lives of all of these individuals.
