The filmmakers hope to premiere the picture in theaters during the mid-summer holidays. Dream Big Films is distributing the film. The filming for It's a Medical Miracle has commenced in Kodungallur on 5 November 2025, and in the neighboring districts. The post-production work on the film will begin shortly.
