The pooja ceremonies for the film Cosmic Samson, starring rising actor Sandeep Pradeep in the lead role and produced by Sophia Paul's Weekend Blockbusters and Manuel Cruz Darwin's D Group, began on 8 December 2025. The film's stars and crew attended a pooja ritual at the Anchumana Devi Temple. Anwar Rasheed gave the film the first clap after director Jis Joy turned it on. The regular shooting of this film, commence on December 14.

Weekend Blockbusters, owned by Sophia Paul, is a production firm that has produced numerous successful films, including Minnal Murali, R. D. X, Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol, and Bangalore Days. This is also the tenth film they are making.
