Starring Manju Warrier, Soubin Shahir, Kalidas Jayaram, Aju Varghese, Shaylee Krishen, Indrans, Basil Joseph, Nedumudu Venu, among others. Background Score by Jakes Bejoy. Edited by Renjith Touchriver. Produced by Gokulam Gopalan, Santosh Sivan, and M Prashanth Das under the banners of Sree Gokulam Movies and Sewas Films.

Urumi (2011) is the previous movie directed by Santhosh Sivan in Malayalam. He returns to Mollywood after nine years. Santosh and Manju joining together for the first time.

Apart from many parts of Kerala, London is also the main location of the film. 'Jack and Jill' is a bilingual film coming in Tamil as well.
