The movie is the offical remake of the 1974 film of the same name, directed by KS Sethumadhavan, the father of director Santhosh.

Synopsis

On the backdrop of a middle-class Anglo Indian family and in this lives Julie who lives with her siblings. She has a strict mother but a loving father Morris. Julie falls in love with Sasi living in Canada and who comes from a strict Hindu Warrier family on a vacation to India. Both get close, Sasi leaves but Julie becomes pregnant. She doesn’t want to drop the baby so her mother takes her to her aunt's place. Julie delivers the baby and her family decides to send her to the UK.
