Pathrosinte Padappukkal is a Malayalam comedy-drama movie directed by newcomer Afsal Abdul Latheef with the screenplay of Dinoy Paulose. Features Sharaf U Dheen, Dinoy Poulose, Naslen K Gafoor, Antony, and Ranjitha Menon as the lead characters. The movie Pathrosinte Padappukkal is produced by Anoop Usman, Masood Marikar, Bijoy KV, Sunil Muhammed, and Anish Usman under the banner of Marikar Entertainments. James Eliya, Suresh Krishna, Johnny Antony, Nandu, MR Gopakumar, Shabareesh Varma, Abhiram, Siby Thomas, Shyam Mohanan, Rahul, Ajay, Jolly Chirayath, Shiny, Anagha, Baby, and Alice are the other prominent actors in the movie.

The movie is Afzal Abdul Latheef's first directorial venture and Dinoy Paulose scripting after the 2019 hit film Thanneer Mathan Dinangal.

Actor Mammootty and Prithviraj Sukumaran revealed the title poster on 12^th February 2021. The pooja and switch-on were held on 15^th February 2021 and started shooting in Ernakulam. The first look poster for the movie "Pathrosinte Padappukkal" was unveiled on 11^th February 2022.

The music of the movie Pathrosinte Padappukkal is composed by Jakes Bejoy and lyrics penned by Joe Paul, Shabareesh Varma, and Titto P Thankachan. The songs are sung by Jassie Gift and Kabil Kabilan and the music rights are bagged by JXB Records. The Sound Design by Dhanush Nayanar and Sound mixed by Aneesh P.

Synopsis

The movie is about the Pathrose kids, or more specifically, Tony, one of them. His older brother, Sony, is a nut who dresses in a hippy style. His younger brother is facing criminal charges. Tony was likewise unemployed, and he had never been serious about finding work. The plot revolves around what happens when Tony needs a job in order to marry the girl he loves.
