Holy Wound Malayalam movie is about lesbian love directed by Ashok R Nath. Features model and Bigg Boss star Janaki Sudheer, Amritha Vinod, and Sabu Praudeen as the lead characters. The movie is produced by Sandeep R under the banner of Sahasrara Cinemas. Jini Sudhakaran is the chief associate director for the film Holy Wound and Arun Prabhakar is the associate director.

The movie convinces us that gender is not a barrier to intense love. Love is the indescribable passion of two minds.
