Thrayam Malayalam Neo-noir thriller movie is directed by newcomer Sanjith Chandrasenan (Sanju). Features a power-packed gang of actors Sunny Wayne, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Niranj Maniyanpilla Raju, Aju Varghese, and Niranjana Anoop are the lead characters in Thrayam. Dain Davis, Rahul Madhav, Chanthunath, Karthik Ramakrishnan, Shalu Rahim, 'Thirike' fame Gopi Krishnan K Varma, Preethi, Sreejith Ravi, Surabhi Santosh, Anarkali Marikar, Dayyana Hameed, Sarayu Mohan, Vivek Anirudh, and Shamil KS are the other prominent actors. The movie is produced by Ajith Vinayaka under the banner of Ajith Vinayaka Films Pvt Ltd. Arun K Gopinath wrote the screenplay and dialogues after the Fahadh Faasil and Isha Talwar starring movie 'Gods on Country'.

The cinematography of the film is handled by Jiju Sunny and edit by Ratheesh Raj. Shibu Raveendran is the chief associate director and Vivek is the assistant director for the movie Thrayam.

The multi-hero thriller film comes with the tagline "Either you run the day or the day runs you" and the distinction of being shot entirely at night. A large number of young actors acted in the film. The film tells the story of a few young people who come from different walks of life in the context of hatred, crime, and love, which are intertwined in the background of the night in a busy city. This thriller film is made with a strong emphasis on action, style, and violence.

The first look poster was unveiled on 15^th October 2021. The second poster was released on 21^st November 2021. The official first teaser of the movie Thrayam was released on 5^th April 2022. Donmax, who is known for his stylish editing style, has cut the teaser of the movie.

The first song of the film stars a large number of young actors Thrayam has been released in Malayalam. The song which starts with 'Aambale Neelambale' is composed by Arun Muraleedharan. Manu Manjith has penned the lyrics for this beautiful romantic song sung by KS Harisankar. Arun Muraleedharan has created a huge wave all over Kerala for the popular song 'Mulle Mulle' from the film Anugraheethan Antony which has already been viewed by over 3.5 crore people on YouTube. This song has the distinction of being another melody song composed by Arun Muraleedharan and Harishankar. The video song of the Malayalam neo-noir genre film has been released on 1^st March 2023.

Post-production work Thrayam movie is in progress and the release is expected in August 2022.
