Maadan Malayalam movie directed by R Sreenivasan, after movies Education Loan and Sthree Sthree. Features Kottarakkara Radhakrishnan, Harshita Nair RS, Milan, Midhun Murali, Sanesh V, and Anamika in Maadan as the lead characters. Pradeep Raj, Ashok Bhasura, Rajmohan, Vanchiyoor Praveen, Munshi Hareendran, Shanavas Prabhakar, Ayilam Unnikrishnan, RS Pradeep, Rajan Architect, Akhilan Chakravarthy, Sanil Nedumangad, Manacaud Ramachandran Nair, Manu C Kannur, Manjith, Sunil Vikram, Vishnu Priya, Beatrice Gomez, Jayanthi Krishna, Sushma Anil, Renjini Sudheeran and Raji are also in the cast list. The plot of the Maadan movie is about the mental state of children growing up in a family mixed with faith and superstition and the dangers they face.

R Srinivasan's film Maadan is garnering global attention by winning more than 100 awards and continues to triumph at the awards in National and International Film Festivals. At the film festival held in South Korea, Maadan brought the award list to the century by winning the best director award. Maadan completed a half-century in the list of award-winning films at the Star Hollywood Awards 2021, Film Festival in the US, with R Srinivasan seeking the Best Director award. Apart from the US, R Srinivasan has won Best Director awards at film festivals in Bhutan and Bangladesh. Actor Kottarakkara Radhakrishnan, scriptwriter Akhilan Chakravarthy, music director Ranjini Sudheeran and editor Vishnu Kalyani have also received awards from various film festivals.

Perumbavoor G Raveendranath and Renjini Sudheeran composed the music for the movie Maadan with the lyrics by Thankan Thiruvettar, Santosh Perali, Ajay Ghosh, and Varghese Kurathikadu. The songs are sung by Renjini Sudheeran, Sudeep Kumar, Ravi Shankar, Gayathri Sreemangalam, Prarthana Retheesh, and Anakha Krishnan.

Maadan movie hit the screens on December 2^nd of 2022.

Synopsis

The movie recounts the tale of the awful loss of a family when they need to live in a general public blended in with confidence and odd notion.
