Pakalum Pathiravum Malayalam thriller movie directed by Ajai Vasudev, who has made three hit movies with Mammootty (RajadhiRaja, Masterpiece, Shylock). Features Kunchacko Boban and Rajisha Vijayan as the lead characters. The movie Pakalum Pathiravum is produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies. Thinkalazhcha Nishchayam fame KU Mohan, Divyadarshan, Seetha, Amal Nasser and many newcomers are also in the cast. The screenplay of the movie is by Nishad Koya. Baiju Gopalan and VC Praveen are the co-producers and the executive producer is Krishnamurthy.

Indian musician Stephen Devassy composed the music with the lyrics by Sujesh Hari.

Kunchacko Boban plays a very different role by giving a new dimension to the protagonist. The filming of the movie has started shooting in Vagamon, an Indian hill station in the Idukki district.
