The movie 'Kadal Meenukal' started shooting at Kalamassery HMT Colony on 9^th March 2022. Renowned screenwriter and Surya TV program head K Girish Kumar performed the switch-on and Kalamassery HMT Colony Councillor Salma Abubaker gave the first clap. The major portion of the filming was in Kerala and Canada.

Shreya S Ajith and Ajith Sukumaran compose the music with lyrics by Shashikala V Menon, Ajith Sukumaran, Mahesh Polur, and Santosh Kodanad. Madhu Balakrishnan, Ajith Sukumaran, Sobha Shivani, Vipin Xavier, Libin Skaria, Anila Devi, and Shreya S Ajith are the singers. Manoj P Murali is the dance choreographer of the movie Kadalmeenukal.
